We estimate a timeline of 4–6 weeks to ship your bike once the build spec has been finalized, depending on the availability of custom parts. Once you order your bike, we’ll reach out to confirm and finalize your build details.
Every bike build starts as a frame and fork, and we fully prep and custom assemble each one to suit the customer, including hand-building every wheel in-house. We’re here to advise you on build specs as needed, as there’s a wide latitude of possible options, depending on budget, use case for the build, and any special needs.
I created Job Coach Victoria to help job seekers feel more confident, more prepared, and more strategic in their search. I want you to understand your value, know how to communicate it, and walk into every application or interview with more clarity and confidence.
Because sometimes a few small shifts in how you position yourself can make a big difference in the opportunities that come your way.

My background is in staffing and recruiting for Fortune 500 companies, and over the years I’ve worked as a recruiter, account executive, sales manager, managing consultant, and led a $20M office. I’ve had a front-row seat to the hiring process from multiple angles, which gives me a unique perspective on what actually helps candidates stand out.
I’ve worked with hiring managers who need the right person in the right role, and I’ve worked with job seekers who are talented, capable, and more than qualified — but struggling to tell their story in a way that gets results.
That’s where I come in.
